I've gotta say that for premium economy from a North American carriers, this looks really nice. Take note United and American; Delta has a passable premium economy so they get a pass...sort of.

It sounds good, I think they got the idea from Air China who have been offering this level of service for a while.

Air Canada is the only major airline in North America that is rated at 4-stars. None get a 5-star rating. The rest are 3-star.

I lived in Canada for 3 years and both WJ and AC were great.

Its been frustrating as hell now living in an United Hub City. Since their acquisition of Continental, they've had a hard time getting their shit together.

    That's tons!

I'm 1K now and it's great, despite what everyone says about United. Just got back from a trip in Asia where I used UA miles very easily to get business class on TG (including the A380!) - and as 1K, you can cancel / amend your trip an unlimited amount of times for free (I did change it several times).

Next trip is on OneWorld but back to *A in June for Amsterdam, Helsinki, Sydney ;)

As for AC Prem Economy - looks ok, and a lot like BA's newer WT+. I like AC (tv's etc) but they do need to overhaul their long haul business class product - it's been the herringbone version for years now, modernize it!

Air Canada has offered a good number of those for a long time to all passengers... They've been my favorite North American Arline for a long time, though everyone disagreed with me on it.
