Don't feel guilty. Guys at the gym "mire" each other all the time, straight or gay. Maybe if you're staring at his ass while he's doing squats you're overdoing it a bit icon_lol.gif, but I've never had a guy get upset when I've talked with him and complimented him on his physique. The body is meant to be appreciated!

Please, straight guys admire each others body just as much as gay men, though in different ways.

If I had a quarter for everytime I saw a "straight" guy ask to see another man's abs I would have about $1.50.

It's all about how it's done. I check out guys at the gym all the time but I'm discreet. Other than just looking, I do my own thing. There's nothing obvious about it. What they don't know won't hurt them.

Don't sweat it. God gave you eyes to look. Admiration is nothing bad. As long as you're not being a straight-up creeper, don't punish yourself (although to be honest I feel like self-punishment is the goal here, and I really understand that, but quit it, seriously).

So you do feel guilty or ashamed of those cute dudes who may be watching you at the gym... we forget about that part! I've caught a number of guys staring at me for probably a variety of reasons!

I don't feel guilty but I do feel self conscious. I don't want to be an old creep (most of the guys at my gym are way younger). I like to look, though, for a lot of reasons, not only the obvious ones. Sometimes I learn things by watching guys who know more about form than I do. Plus, there is admiration for a fine physique that isn't just lust.

So far as I can tell, though, straight guys admire good physiques as well as gay guys do. I suspect they feel less self conscious about that admiration, though. Not sure.

what exactly are you watching that would make you feel guilty. Are you looking at them with lust or admiration?

I look at guys at the gym to check out what they are doing and whether or not they have the results from what they are doing. If a guy with great delts is doing a shoulder exercise, I am going to watch. Now if that same guy were bending over to pick up the dumbbells, I would avert my eyes, after I got a quick glance of course but never long enough to feel guilty.

just go lift something near him and be bad at it. look all frustrated... then go up to the hot guy and say "I cant afford a trainer, and you look good at this and it obviously works for you, do you mind if I watch you for a while so I learn how to do that?" just leave your dick in your pants and you will be good
