    People who live on the Greek island of Ikaria are known to have remarkably high life expectancies, and researchers have been studying them carefully to learn why. Now a new report suggests that one reason may be the coffee they drink.

    I already lived longer than a Neanderthal, so I'll blame it on MY coffee.

    I know that there was another study done showing that coffee drinking helps prevent liver disease in alcoholic drinkers. This is because coffee inhibits the absorption of iron which is massively enhanced in drinkers which leads to iron buildup toxicity, thus combating those effects helps the liver.

    Nevertheless, regular coffee has caffeine which is not very good for you.
