Hey guys.
I'm finally getting around to getting myself into shape and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to the best way to go about it.
Currently I'm 185cm tall and 83kg. My body fat percentage stands at 17%. What I'm basically looking to do is shred the fat percentage and become more toned to have the kind of body I'd be comfortable showing off at the beach.
My overall goal is to basically have the same kind of body as Matt Bomer in these pics, not too muscular but nicely toned.
Can anyone suggest a good workout routine and diet plan to make this happen?
