    Hey guys.

I'm finally getting around to getting myself into shape and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to the best way to go about it.

Currently I'm 185cm tall and 83kg. My body fat percentage stands at 17%. What I'm basically looking to do is shred the fat percentage and become more toned to have the kind of body I'd be comfortable showing off at the beach.

My overall goal is to basically have the same kind of body as Matt Bomer in these pics, not too muscular but nicely toned.

Can anyone suggest a good workout routine and diet plan to make this happen?

Many thanks in advance for all your help guys.

I would use google to do some research in terms of workout routine and diet. Everyone's body works different and body adapts to certain workout in my opinion. I am always changing routines to trick the body. Also do some reading about diet and being under 10 percent body fat. Trying my best to eat healthy and be under 10 percent body fat but its incredibly hard for me and still learning. icon_smile.gif

This website actually has workout and diet/nutrition plans that you can use. You'll notice the greatest improvement based upon your eating habits. Working out will help tone your body, but you'll never to get <10% body fat without a good meal plan (I dont like to use the term diet because it sounds like a short-term solution).
