Hey! This is really dumb. but I can't seem to find the answer. Assume there are three different exercises A ,B and C. If I do two sets, do I do AA, BB, CC or do I do ABC then ABC?
ABC, ABC is circuit training. Which is fine for what it is depending on what you are trying to achieve. But after you complete C, you would have used up energy and wont be able to optimally do the next set of A.
