I'll be there for a month beginning mid May. It's not my first time but will be my longest stay. I'm looking for advice especially for places to train.

Not sure how long u will be there. One of the popular gyms with outdoor jacuzzi and pool is Celebrity Fitness at Mid-Valley.

Location is good but a disaster for traffic if u drive else 1 station from KL Sentral if u hop on the Komuter train.

I am sure if u walk in they will give u a week pass to try it out before any commitment.

I travel to KL often from Singapore.

Stay at the family / business four star Hotel Concorde.

Go to the "Heath Suite" for a massage and be as surprised as I was when a comely Chinese wench in a red dress and high heels sweeps into the room, with a bottle of silicone lubricant and after a slippery massage, offers you a "mouth job" or "body job" for $20 extra.
