The International Herald Tribune has a film article regarding an "athletic art form" that may interest some of the fitness enthusiasts here at RJ (the fit, shirtless men in the video may interest the rest):

Zeno again. Nick thanks for bringing this up. I wasn't sure who was into parkour besides me. I think this art form ties in nicely with gym jones.

Amazing stuff from Scotland. Almost like watching a Batman or martial arts film, they way they seem to climb and bounce up walls.

But as I'm watching it, I'm thinking it won't be long before scenes of painful misses & falls start showing up on those video reality shows. Like on Maximum Exposure, where they're always featuring skateboarders crushing their nuts on outdoor stair handrails. And sure enough, at the end of this clip they have some "bails." Not real bad ones, though.

I hope their exposure to sunlight is limited. Some of them look like they're getting burned.
