I have been bulking for about two months now and tracking my weight and meals on the my fitness pal app. For the most (with the exception of the weekends) I hit my macros with no problems.
The issue I have is one day I'll weigh in at 138 a few days later 141 and then a few days after that 138 again.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Anyone have any ideas as to why this happens?
