I used to go to a gym in Madison, WI called the Monkey Bar Gym. While they used kettle bells and rubber bands for extra resistance, they were very much a body-weight training place -- they don't have ANY machines in the place.

. Look under the workouts section. They may show some equipment, but the travel section has suggestions on how to adapt them for situations where you don't have access to that equipment.
I loved this gym, and the ONLY reason I don't use them anymore is that they don't have a branch in the city where I work. I currently use the routines and exercises I learned there at a gym here, using the dumbbells and free weights as needed to provide resistance.
