Feeling Naseous

    After workouts, sometimes I feel naseous. It occurs around 15 minutes after a workout. Anyone can help!?

    It can be a few things

    First make sure that you're not eating a meal two hours before a workout
    Next the opposite might be true ... if your stomach is truly empty
    your body will cannibalize for energy moving blood supply from the digestive system which can cause nausea
    Make sure that you are hydrated
