Vitamin B?

    So I use Vitamin B supplements (in the 1000s of % daily value range) when I have papers that I have put off and need to write all the way through the night. It doesn't particularly keep me awake as it makes it impossible to sleep, which I suppose works just as well... does anyone have any horror stories of using things like 5 hour energy or other B vitamin boosts?
    Last time I used it I couldn't fall asleep for 36 hours... any long term effects of losing a few days sleep every now and then?

    i take B vitamins
    and they do nothing for me
