Was watching him give his address to some chambers of commerce this afternoon and have to say he looks old and tired. Still trotting out the same spiel about the wonders of capitalism. No acknowledgement that his administration may have had something to do with the financial crisis.

Even Bill Clinton lookold but the time he left the White House.

It takes a lot of work to put the world into a recession. I'm sure he knows for this, he has haded the election over to the DemocRATS, as people seem to think, with change of government, come change of policy. Dose not meant the Democrats are the better party.

A Bush supporter that can't seem to get a proper grasp on the English language, Queen's or otherwise.

Need I mention that he's not even in America?

Well the guy did do the world's most thankless job for the past 8 years. Even if he did a less than bang-up job, it would test the patience and stamina of the most formidable person. Ever seen a picture of Franklin Roosevelt near the end of his 12 years? Being the president of the USA during the Great Depression and World War II literally killed him.

To be tired from doing a job there are a few requirements:

    1) You realize you have a job.

    2) You actually do the job.

    3) You understand that it's not just running a "kickass frat where they let you shoot at other countries, dude."

I think being President definitely ages you more quickly that not being President. Even though I didn't vote for the current one or his party, I will say that being President is one hell of a hard job and it really takes something to do it. Some do it better than others.

One again mick is assuming something. As One has stated many times One sits on the fence politically, and never votes blindly for the One side.

Oh this financial storm that started in the USA. Is turning into a cyclone, that is engulfing the world. Since America plays Big brother. So much of the rest of the world has a right to American politics as it involves us too!

As for One's English, diddums, you are just going to have to build a bridge and get over it. One never said One talked the Queens English, and One does not talk American English. Since Americans have done a wonderful job of bastardising English, why can't I? icon_biggrin.gif

Oh thanks America for the recession, that is about to engulf the world.

Watched the movie Death of the President on a free movie sight. What a high, but the country ended up with Cheney, which was scary!
