Listening to The Cure's song Why Can't I Be U?, I came up with this thread........If ur not satisfied with the way u look & if there's one person u wished u look like where u think the grass would be greener & everything overall would be easier in their shoes, who would u wish u looked like?.......

I'd pick Jon Erik Hexum or Clint Walker in his prime icon_smile.gif

Ooh - Sagi! icon_biggrin.gif. But I'd probably be bumping into furniture and doorways until I got use to the extra mass on my frame! icon_lol.gif

Like I have one on my computer that I can just post - those pics are all in photo albums somewhere.
Let's just say I was a lot prettier then and I didn't realize it at the time - most guys take their youth for granted.

Wishing you were someone else won't get you anywhere. Learning to work with the cards you're dealt with and really owning them is what I find the most attractive in a guy. Basically confidence. icon_smile.gif

Sagi lives here in Dallas and has a work out studio in the West Village about a mile from my home. He's quite striking in person, even with all his clothes on.
Straight guy that's very gay friendly. I've seen him at a few parties and he's very personable.

    Some just have "it".

Relating to others through comparisons and competition is a lonely way to live.

I use to think I wanted to be someone hot but then you meet a hot guy or read about a famous hot guy and find out what douches they are, that's not for me. I learned everything the hard way, working hard and figuring out life for myself.

Sure there are times I'd like to be someone to enjoy wealth or fame but for everyday, I'll stick with myself. Not the best but I have the moves down pretty well, why change now icon_smile.gif

I don't think there's anything wrong with admiring someone, but wanting to become them, to think so highly of another that one losses their self, is the part that I find problematic. Does that make sense?

I think my days of 'emulating' are over..
..The minute you realize as human beings our issues are pretty much the same .. Everything changes.. !

    ..Everyone wants something very badly..
..No one is ever completely satisfied..

..Life is about questions, answers and searching !
..If you are human and alive...this is your quest, and it never stops till you die!
