I have tiny ankles (7.5") and very high calf muscle insertion, so even if I build my calf muscles to their max capacity, my legs will just look like sticks with a bulging muscle just under the knee. It's so frustrating because I feel like I can't build my upper body or even my quads without exaggerating the tiny lower leg problem. Anyone else cursed with these genetics? I've seen this on a lot of other black guys. Definitely all the guys in my family.
