Too short, like the other two.
Really pretty (seriously), and tells a good story, even if it's going with the current quantum physics fad.
Elizabeth just overtook Alex from HL2 as the most convincing and helpful NPC in video games to date. Nearly wept with joy when the hint box stated "You do not need to protect Elizabeth in fights - she can take care of herself!". So glad the game didn't become another RE4 (though granted Ashley wasn't super high maintenance and could be stored in most conveniently placed trash bins to avoid detection).
Combat was super meh, like the other two. They could have implemented the vigors better, as they were very bland. Lightning. Fireballs. Woo. Now tell me I haven't seen this at least twice already. Also the "gear" felt tacked on and I rarely if ever found myself swapping equipment. It was obviously put in only to create the illusion of customization, since most pieces were worthless.
All in all, good eye candy, great characters, some decent memorable combat scenes, but bitterly disappointing lack of depth in the actual gameplay.
Going to try 1999 mode soonish.
