    This sounds yummy!

    Ingredients for the Salad:
    Lettuce of Your Choice
    Spring Mix
    Baby Spinach
    Purple Kale
    Green Kale

    Ingredients for the Toppings:
    Star Fruit
    Heirloom Tomatoes
    Cherry Tomatoes
    Watermelon Radishes
    Alfalfa Sprouts

    For the Strawberry Vinaigrette:
    1-2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
    2-3 Large Navel Oranges
    Half to 1 Cup Pitted Dates
    Handful of Fresh Basil


    Chop up all your greens and mix them in the bowl of your choice. Make it big because you will want a LARGE serving of this delicious salad!

    Add all toppings as desired.

    Blend the ingredients for the dressing and pour it over! Massage the dressing into the salad and enjoy the spectacular taste of all of the flavors mixing together! It's truly magical!

    FullyRaw Carrot Cupcakes with Orange Vanilla Cream Frosting!

    Ingredients for the Carrot Base:
    Food Processor
    Cupcake Holders/Fillers
    Approximately 2-3 Cups of Shredded Carrots (Food Processed)
    1.5 Cups (According to You) of Fresh Dates
    Half Cup of Walnuts (Less if You Want Lower Fat)
    Fresh Slice of Ginger
    Dash of Turmeric

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture reaches the consistency that you want. I like mine gooey, so I let the machine run for longer. Most will want more of a "bread" type consistency, so don't let it go for too long as to get the proper texture.

    Press this mixture into the cupcake liners and refrigerate. Get ready to make your frosting!

    For the Orange Vanilla Créme Frosting:
    Approximately 2 Cups Soaked Cashews
    1 Cups Pitted Dates
    Small Stem or Scrape of Fresh Vanilla
    Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice from 2-4 Oranges

    Blend in a Vitamix or powerful blender. This is VERY thick and creamy and may take a while to get perfect!

    Spread this frosting onto your cupcakes with a spatula. You can also use a piping bag as shown in the video to apply the frosting on top. If you don't have a piping bag, you can always cut off the tip of a ziploc bag and apply your beautiful design from there!

    Asian-inspired Kale Chips
    I bunch kale

    1-2 Tbsp tamari or soy-sauce (low-salt version recommended)

    2 Tbsp sesame oil

    1 tsp powdered ginger

    2 Tbsp sesame seeds

    Mix & Dehydrate
    Follow the same directions as for traditional kale substituting the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and sesame seeds for the traditional version’s ingredients. Enjoy!

    Note: Kale chips are mainstays in many raw food diets, and we use a dehydrator to keep drying temps low to maintain all the food’s nutrients. However, if you don’t have a dehydrator, put your oven on the lowest temperature (usually around 200 degrees), spread the kale chips on a baking sheet, and cook with the oven door cracked. You will need to check the recipe every 15 minutes or so, since the temperature will be harder to maintain than in a dehydrator. This recipe calls for one bunch of kale but it doubles and triples well so feel free to buy (or grow) as much kale as you like-the chips will get eaten up before you know it! And it’s a great recipe to get kids involved.
