Thinking of going on a Protein Diet

    I'm 5"6 139 lbs I recently lost 30 Pounds I was 160 , I was thinking of just eating Protein Fresh Fruit and Vegetables

    Does anyone have any Food Advice ?

    I have had success doing this.

    I had a diet of:



    0600 Cheese Omelette
    1200 Tomato and Mozzarella
    1400 Soya Protein Shake
    1600 Nuts
    1800 Broccoli and Tofu



    10am and 3pm were my windows for exercise.

    I never felt hungry, and I drank plenty of water.


    I have had even better success from eating just tofu and green vegetables.

    The trick of ketogenic diets is to keep carbohydrate intake down. The above regimen is almost carbohydrate-free.

    Eating sugary fruit is going to lessen your weight loss, but if you were to have any, I would suggest that you have low-GI fruits at the start of the day.

    The vegetarian Atkins diet, basically.

    Did you mean Paleo Diet? That's what it sounds like, in which case I give thumbs up.
