Being an avid cyclist, I have wanted to San Francisco to LA bike ride for some time now. The logistics of getting to San Francisco with my bike, and the fund raising aspects, have in past deterred me. But I figured, I ain't getting any younger, so I took the plunge and signed up to do the ride this June icon_smile.gif

I think the ride along the California coast will be spectacular. Plus I have heard the camaraderie on this ride is great. I am so pumped - and can't wait till June!

SO WHAT IS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST FOR THIS SUMMER?

Congrats for taking the plunge! It is a life changing event and I know you will have an amazing time. I've done ALC 4 times myself so feel free to send me a message if you have any questions. The camaraderie is truly amazing. Last year they called it the Love Bubble because you're in this amazing community of caring and support.

Not for this summer, but there a few other AIDS rides that I'd love to do. The AIDS/LifeCycle is an amazing way to see parts of California that you don't normally see so I can only imagine it's the same for some of the other ones.

I'll put in a plug for The SMART Ride to Key West in November. We have riders from all over the US and several other countries. We're equipped to receive your shipped bike and assemble it at the starting point, then break it down for return shipment from Key West. Here's our site:
