I pretty much gave up on hypertrophy training since I decided to become a vegetarian (I'm probably about 95% vegan and I know that it's very difficult for vegans to build muscle). Because I don't want to give up on exercising completely, I'm considering trying out a routine that's specifically designed for strength. I've looked at stronglifts 5x5 and I'm considering trying that out, but I would like to look at some other strength training routines to see which one I like the most.
