What are some common stupid questions straight people ask you?

I've been asked things like "how can gay guys even do it missionary style?" and "are you the male or female?" Of course they don't know the politically correct terms "top" and "bottom."

I've had all kinds of questions.

The best one though is do guys give better head.

I told him yes and to stop angling for a blow job it wasn't gonna happen.

Alas I got drunk and he now agrees guys do heh

I've been asked a few times about being the guy in the relationship.. but based on the guys I go for most people assume that's the case.

I love it when guys ask about getting shit on ya when your doing anal. I always respond with the most disgusting response I can at the time.

But I get asked by girls a lot for tips on giving head.

I agree with yourname2000: it's assumptions. Particularly, the assumption that all gay men belong to some kind of secret club and therefore all know each other. Couldn't count the times I've had coworkers ask me if another coworker, one I don't know any better than the questioner, is gay. My standard, straight-faced response is, "Well, he didn't give me the secret handshake."

The other one is when a straight person has heard about some bizarre fetish or urban lagend associated (who knows how) with homosexuality, and it's assumed I'll know all about it.

Life takes a lot of patience.

Over a year ago at a cocktail party I was asked by this 60ish woman:

"How long does it take before a gay man develops AIDS?"

I was shocked, but tried to handle the question with smiling good manners, and to actually educate her on the truth, and the difference between HIV and AIDS, which even some gays don't understand.

The damn thing is we'd been chatting pleasantly for some time already, and she impressed me as intelligent and informed on current events. How could she have been so ignorant about this? It's this kind of misinformation, some of it deliberate anti-gay propaganda, that's one of our chief enemies.

"When did you choose to be gay?"......"How do you know if you haven't been with a woman?"

Straight women hit on me sometimes and after they know I'm a homo. They're like ** Oh no, you're so good-looking and handsome, it's such a waste. lol

    * how do 2 gay guys have sex?

    * do you like it on top or bottom, who's the female or male?

    * Vaginas don't turn you on? - after I told them I slept with chicks in the past.

A classic question, that's become a cliché, was asked of me a few times, though not in years:

"Which of you is the woman?"

    And its variant:

"How did you decide which one is the woman?"

That reminds me of the exchange in the movie Victor/Victoria:

    Norma: You really are queer?

    Toddy: We prefer "gay."

Norma: But you're so attractive. Well, I just think it's a terrible waste. You know what I think?

    Toddy: What?

Norma: I think that the right woman could reform you.

Toddy: You know, I think the right woman could reform you, too.

Norma: Me, give up men? Forget it!

Toddy: You took the words right out of my mouth.
    ...........

Norma: I still think it's a terrible waste.

Toddy: Well, if it's any consolation, I assure you it is not wasted.

I always found the classic "How do two men even do it?" and various questions about the pain or messiness of anal sex hilarious.

In my experience, and maybe it's just the weird people I know, but anal sex is WIDESPREAD in the straight community, especially among the young looking to maintain "virginity" or as a method of birth control. I find it amazing they get so confused about gay sex, I just want to tell them "A man's asshole is in the same place as a woman's."

I got a friend, when i told him I was bi, he said "You would have sex with him?" and pointed to the nearest guy and proceeded to do that about 7 times over.

Just because I like men, doesn't mean I want to have sex with everyone in sight.

Straight guy: "How do you know that you're gay if you've never slept with a girl?"
Me: "Well, how do you know that you're straight if you've never slept with a dude?"

I know that I'm gay because I'm attracted to guys, not girls. It's kind of hard to have sex with a girl when you're not attracted to her. It's doable but hard.

"So how do lesbians do it?"

Do I look like a lesbian to you? Just because I'm queer doesn't mean I know about other kinds of queer.

So who's the man in the relationship?
    (We both are...we're men)

WTF? No way....are you sure that you're gay? You don't look or act gay.
(No...yep. I'm sure. I like dick as much as that girl...although she looks like she may like it...a lot more)

Have you ever fucked a girl or even fingered one?
    (-_______- Yes)

Ha, so what? Now you want my dick?
    (icon_redface.gif No...)

Interestingly, I've been asked the same question a certain now banned troll was asking on RJ: "Are gay men just women in men's bodies?"

...to which I replied, "Are straight men just lesbians in men's bodies?"

I still get the "can I ask you a personal question" question, followed by "are you gay?"

Or I get comments like "I really like Glee", or "do you watch or like Glee"m like that is some sort of secret code that they clued in on I'm gay or are trying to find out if I'm gay.
