Water or Milk

    When drinking protein I heard using milk is not a good thing to mix it with. Is it true? I use Nectar brand protein. Let me know. Thanks

    milk has protein in it so you might as well.

    Use milk if you don't mind the extra calories/fat/protein. I think most people use water because it's easier to mix, easier to track calories, easier to digest, and doesn't require refrigeration.

    If you're trying to build up, you might as well use milk. If not, water will suffice.

    skim milk is fat free, which also makes it pretty much cholesterol free as well.
