I'm such a huge fan of the program. I've tried many other programs over the years but nothing has been nearly as stunningly effective as BFL in terms of the workout, nutrion and mental components.

Unfortunately the program has kind of falled out of style to programs like P90x. Anyone else follow the program or have any experience doing it? I feel like I'm only one doing the program right now.

I did the Body For Life workouts back when it first came out and for a couple of years after. It is a solid program. Actually, the reason why I moved on to something else was just to try something new to stay interested and motivates. Still have the book and might go back to it at some point.

I did Body For Life when it first came out and really liked it. I was starting to get a little bored with it and switched over to something else after about a year or two. I might go back to that again as I still have the book.

I know workout programs going in and out with the times and that Body for Life came out in 1999. It doesn't have flashy apps, workout at home videos like say P90x or insanity.

However, it is so amazing because its so solid in how it address working out, nutrition and most importantly, the mental component. Tons of people have some knowledge of how to improve but there is this brick wall of inability to apply it. Body For Life really addresses that.

Body for Life is what got me to eat right and plan my workouts and meals. It completely changed how I approached fitness and led me into more sports and eventually Crossfit. But, I'm doing Body for Life again right now. I just started another 12 weeks.

I was suppose to do a round of it with a work-out buddy of mine, but never got around it. It seemed to be a good basic workout regimen.
