I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but what do yall use to trim yourselves, if you do? I have a Norelco BodyGroom that I use and it works out pretty well if you ask me.

I use the body groom as well and it works great! I know people struggle finding the blades for it; you can find them on the norelco website.

Not that i can tell... I mean... i've always had a large amount of ink ground into my skin by sharp needles, so if it did I probably wouldnt notice.

Nair used to cause irritation that lasted about 8 hours, but Veet doesnt on me.

Trimmer for chest, legs, arms. Wax the back. To go totally smooth, Magic Shaving Powder with Aloe and Vitamin E. Read about it on this site- it's amazing. It's cheaper than Nair, works better, and doesn't cause bumps on my delicate skin!

    - Veet causes skin irritation for certain skin types. People my complexion should not use veet as it will irritate and burn the skin if used improperly.

    - Ok this is how "homosexual" I am...while I love nothing more than a guy with body hair, on myself It annoys the hell out of me if it is higher than stubble - its itchy and holds sweat scent - not necessarily pleasant. I have 2 (yes two) bodygrooms. One for out of the shower for spots I have missed and one for in the shower. They are mutually exclusive. Now mind you I did recieve one as a gift and one I bought on my own because I thought the other was broken...but yeah, 2. Needless to say, I am pretty well trimmed :).

Maybe one day someone will appreciate it!

I guess this all depends on what body parts you are "manscaping." :)

For my head and face, I use a Mach 3 razor.

I'll occasionally trim my chest hair with electric clippers, but not shave it completely (I like my chest hair).

For the genital area, I shave my balls, and trim my pubes a little, but that's it.

While we're talking about body hair, here's a funny story from my family:

My father has really long straight chest hair, with a slight curl at the end. He always told my brother and I that it grew like that BECAUSE when he was a teenager, he shaved it. He thought that it would grow back thicker (this was the 60s after all), and when it grew back, he thought he had deformed himself... and therefore my bro and I should never shave our body hair!

... he had to wait 30 years for me to sprout some identical hair before he realised it was just nature taking its course! HA HA!

"How does one actually go about shaving ones balls?"

You have to grab the scrotum, stretch the skin out, and shave the section of taut skin. Grab, stretch, and shave until you've shaved the whole area. I strongly suggest using a razor with at least triple blades. My preference is the Gillette Sensor3 because I hate the pivot geometry of the Mach3, but the Mach3 would probably work just fine. My habit is to do all shaving in the shower, but some guys dry shave their balls because the scrotum skin swells up with water, making it a less close shave once the scrotal skin dries out.

    Sandpaper. Very coarse sandpaper.

    Must...keep...scrubbing. Must...be...smoother.

and if you are shaving your balls or ass, use soap - not shaving cream! it reduces ingrown hairs and actually lets you see what you are shaving

I dont like to shave my pube. It kinda itchy when my hair start to grow again . So probably I trim it a little bit. I dont have much body hair so no need for much trimming. Most Malay male trim their pube ,it kinda tradition and encourage by our religion.

As mentioned before, the Norelco Body Groomer is the best.
