    Not only does this movie look awesome, I really dig the concept....

    what would you do during those 12 hours? would you go around and take advantage of said scenario? or would you keep to yourself?

    Depends on how I'm feeling. Most likely I'd be holed up in an armored house like the main family.

    I think so too...I'm really not a vengeful person or look for that one golden opportunity to take advance of.

    The movie concept is totally ridiculous and unrealistic. Why not just take a vacation elsewhere than america, problem solved...

    I can't say I'm too stoked for this film just yet. It seems to be more hollywood "thriller" than "horror".

    It could be cool though, it's a very disturbing concept to think that could become a law.

    Though my only gripe is that I feel it's wasting a potential movie by having said "12 hours" all take place in one location at a family's house. Be more interesting to see all the shit that goes on on the outside/in the streets.

    Personally, as far as 'home invasion' films go, I'm BEYOND stoked for YOU'RE NEXT ! I know that movie, for sure, will DELVER the aces. It's been seen by many crowds & all say its awesome. Can't wait for that one!

    So... personally I'm glad I'm in canada (even though it's on the continent of north america), first and foremost. Secondly I think filmwise it'd be a very good idea to have multiple stories going on in different areas of the nation to help show how horrible it could be. From the clip, I would not want to watch this alone... and I would want someone to grab hold of, so I wouldn't have to think of a society where these things happen in that level of concentration >.<;

    (please, please, please! Do not quote me for this, and throw things like statistics about women being raped every minute and the like... please don't)

    to say people only commit crime because they need the outlet to an they won't do it if you get to one a year for twelve hours is like believing people won't try to eat pumpkin pie outside of thanksgiving

    I think it's extremely interesting. Well, would it ever happen? No. Is it nice to see certain theories or ideas pan out, hell yeah!

    I'd stay in my house scared shitless... And I don't think that'd help lower crime at all lol but for the movie's sake we'll let that slide.

    Eeeks I found out this is a "Michael Bay"/Platinum Dunes film.....

    .....def gonna PASS on this. Plus reviews already rolling in from my trusty horror sites say its pretty derivative & doesn't quite live up to its potential.

    I'm just gonna wait for August's home invasion/revenge flick YOU'RE NEXT. The reviews for that are out the roof!

    Another name for this movie could be "Darwin Day."

    Seriously that'd be FUCKED UP if the US ever enacted this "law" to kill off the "homeless" off the street. The idea alone gets under my skin, sorta like Hostel.
