this is the jihadi motto , to engage west in war & make the money to be used for u & ur future as taxes goes into vain ,
US is under 600 billion debt already & every year u are under debts of billions
whereas Saudi ( the king of terrorism ) has a surplus of 600 billion Dollars every years , its making more mosques in US & converting people there
all wars cost u billions annually.
    ur getting bankrupt
& when u loose all money , jihadis will destroy u like the did in RUSSIA
find out how many new counties where born from russian land

sarah is insane , as if shes gonna pay for all equipments & salaries ,not to mention loss of americans & more hatred in muslim world resulting beheadings of innocent americans they capture & kill & record & post it up.

    Daniel pearl for example.
american muslim as per survey are muslim first & then american & u have no idea what muslims can do for Allah even it were to kill their parents for that

the best is stop emmigration of muslims ,

That being said, it doesn't negate the fact she is a dumb cunt.

Uhm, sweetheart, the Daily Currant is satirical media site (you know, like The Onion?). One of it's intentions is to address the hyper-media driven mentality of Americans and the American media to quickly accept all media as fact and post it. It posits it's media in the ambiguous realm where fact and fiction blur; and you fell for it.

I think it's the other way round, if people can easily think that a past VP candidate can be so utterly stupid, then she deserves to hang her head in shame ...

There was a story in the news on Monday (picked up either by by Jon Stewart's Daily Show or the Colbert Report) about the Czech ambassodor to eihter the U.S. or the U.N. having to distinguish between the Czech Republic and the Chechen area of Russia. I can't find it right now on the Internet.

I get the Daily Currant on my FB Newsfeed..... They are almost always in the realm of possibility and the posts often fool my friends who then repost them as if true .... makes for some fun.

this was debunked. just like the claim she saw Russia from her backyard.

She never said it. There is no video of it. IT NEVER HAPPENED, it was a joke.

I didn't know a piece from a known satire site would need "debunking".

As for Russia, she actually said it could be seen from Alaska, not her backyard, during a discussion of Russian foreign policy with Charles Gibson on an ABC News interview. She referred to it again in subsequent interviews.

"Palin's foreign policy experience came up when she gave her first major interview, on Sept. 11 to ABC News. Asked what insight she had gained from living so close to Russia, she said: 'They're our next-door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska.'

The comment met with derision from Palin's critics and was turned into a punch line for a "Saturday Night Live" skit featuring actress Tina Fey. Appearing as Palin, she proclaimed, 'I can see Russia from my house!'"

Palin's ridiculous comment about Alaska was rightfully turned into a joke, exemplifying how she was the least qualified Vice Presidential candidate in modern times. As her misstatements and factual errors throughout the 2008 campaign continued to demonstrate, not merely based on her laughable answer to Charles Gibson.

She did some great things for Alaska and is just naive and not very PC, which is easy to jump on as stupid and anti-feminist/racist/etc.

If there's anything to get on Sarah Palin about it's that she helped turn the Tea Party into a far-right, war-hawk, christian values club from it's original Libertarian intentions.

The woman is not dumb, she like anyone says dumb things on occasion. McCain was one of the worst potential presidential candidates to go against Obama. The Democrats did an excellent job as portraying him as a whiny old man and Palin as unfit to be Vice President.

This is probably slaughter on a gay forum to show any support of Palin, but everything against her has pretty much been a continuous smear campaign from day one. Could you imagine if birth-control-hating right wingers got the first female vice president to office? The Democrats would, within 4 years, lose all of the mind-bending hold they have on women.

Please name what great things Palin did during her truncated 18-month term as Governor, part of which she spent campaigning to be US Vice president.

Yes, she did help to radicalize the Teabaggers. Another mark against her.

It wasn't that she said just any dumb things, but things related to the position she wanted to hold, the second highest in the US. One can be dumb about lots of ordinary things, but not the US Constitution, history, the political process, Washington, foreign policy, and all the other essentials a VP and potential President must know.

The Democrats didn't have to work very hard to portray McCain as a whiny old man, and Plain as unfit. Those political gifts were handed to them by the candidates themselves, because that's exactly what they were, and McCain still is.

If the alternative to Democrats is "birth-control-hating right wingers" it's no surprise American women are turning their backs on the Republicans. And rather an insult to women to claim they follow Democrats because of "mind bending" when Republicans are trying to subject them to societal bending, to tolerate the inferior gender roles Republican males want to assign to them. It seems women are able to recognize where their own best interests lie on their own, without any mind bending. The Republican War on Women is very real to them.

Too true. Had the Republicans presented a woman (great move), but one who had some drive, ambition, constitutional knowledge, and demonstrated, broad experience in politics (i.e. not a couple of years in a tiny state), they probably would have won. Look at all the pro-Sarah rallies and energy simply because she was a mother and a woman - that really lifted the republican image and made us forget, for about 3 months, that they are a party completely of angry, old, white men. I bet they secretly wish Hillary was a Republican ;)

But instead they give us (1) Sarah and (2) Michelle (who, to quote Bill Maher, is "batsh*t crazy"). Are these the strongest women in the Republican Party? I presume not, and for that, they only have themselves to blame.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit if the Palin woman had called for this kind of action.
Since attention toward her had slowed, she'd probably want to lead the charge!
