I just want someone I can be quiet with

As Uma said in Pulp Fiction: "You know you've found something special when you can shut the fuck up and enjoy a moment together."

I'm tired of making people uncomfortable because I enjoy the silence. I like talking to people when they have something original or interesting to say, but most people just spout cliches or talk endlessly about themselves. What's the point?

    That would be nice.

I just want a guy who I'm comfortable enough to lounge around the house with being bored and doing nothing. Making out and eating pizza all day. Is that too much to ask for?

Of course he has to be a lot of other things too, but being able to be yourself 24/7 is the ultimate catch...

I want someone I can just sit idly with and watch television. I want someone who doesn't mind it when I eat in front of him. I want someone who'll ever me just snuggle with him as I watch Parks and Rec reruns on Netflix because Andy and Aprils love plot always makes me want to cry because of the offensive gay stereotypes and how sweet their love is. I want someone who will let me drape over him silently as he cooks because if I cooked we wouldn't have an apartment. I want someone who I can joke with constantly and never gets made because he knows I love to play.

    And hopefully I've found him.

    Closed eyes.
Silent cuddle on the bed to hear and feel the breath of each other.
    Sense of feeling together is

WOW! One of those beautiful and grateful moments.

Search for any of the introvert/extrovert threads. That'll explain a few things.

That moment in A Single Man when Colin Firth and Matthew Goode are sat together on the sofa with music on but reading their separate books is my idea of perfection - hope I find it one day!

My boyfiriend constantly asks if there is something wrong with me if I'm silent for over 10 minutes, it's really irritating to be honest

I work with this one pregnant chic who won't stop talking about her baby, and the one she had 2 years ago. I thought I was the only one imagining killing her. She's driving everyone else crazy too.
