Some advice would be helpful...

    Can you please offer up some advice...

    I am having a hard time deciding if I want to build muscle and try to get some weight on OR get lean and just look thin and tone.

    Right now I'm 5'6" 150#

    I seem to have an ok body, nothing to write home about, but I would like to lose the little belly and a little bit of fat in my chest but don't know if I am going about it the right way...and build at the same time.

    Here's what I am doing:

    Monday- Chest and biceps
    Tuesday-shoulders
    Wednesday-legs
    Thursday- back and triceps
    Friday- either chest and back again or I'll just go in a mess around and work on whatever I think needs it or I fell I didn't hit hard enough...

    I do 4 sets of 4 reps for each body part

    I also do abs everyday

    I also do cardio 30 mins after eat workout....

    I eat 3/4 times a day..all mostly lean...

    Food:

    Breakfast - Whey Shake with oatmeal mixed in

    Lunch - Turkey Sandwich or homemade chicken soft shell tacos

    Snack - Skinny Vanilla Iced Coffee from Starbucks or some wheat or rice crackers

    A small meal or shake an hour before workout

    NOXplode 30 mins before workout

    lift

    After gym shake

    between 8 and 10 pm something light leftover dinner or snack


    I guess my confusion is with what am I doing wrong/right?

    Last week I worked out like a beast and ate great (maybe not enough though) and felt fatter by friday?

    thoughts?

    Id say thin down the bulk up.

    Good question....

    Just low body fat....I don't want to be big just fit and feel awesome taking my shirt off....thats all
