Do you have a bulky/body built body or a lean/strength-trained body?

If anyone can provide picture examples, it would be great!

Bulk is obtained by eating and hypertrophy lifting.

Lean anything is obtained by not eating.

Strength is obtained by strength training. Absolute strength is highly correlated with absolute size.

My body type is basically "not eating" or "eating just the right amount," strength training, and moderate cardio throughout the week until the next strength lift.

I have more of a lean/strength toned body. Bulk is when you have massive amounts of muscle coming everywhere. And toned is when you have a very cut physique and muscles are defined but not bulky.

Very built. Very meso. Extremely muscular (like muscles; not skinny). Not very fat. Pretty lean most days.

I have a tendency toward being skinny fat - left to nature, my legs and arms are gonna be really skinny with a flabby stomach.
