Im a really small guy who has always tried to work out but never continues because i never know what to do and i just stop because i don't see results. Now i really want to work out and get in shape, i weigh about 140. I've asked for advice but guys never seem to tell me what they do. I want to get bigger arms, nice chest, abs, v line and work on my legs. Also with what do i take the protein shake with? Water or milk? but i noticed that when i take it with milk i start to break out? I would really appreciate it if i can get help. Thank you
