Both my boyfriend and I are health fanatics and thoroughly enjoy cooking together. We usually fire up the steamer for some healthy asparagus and carrots and pan fry some white meat chicken or non-oily fish.

Sometimes if we're feeling frisky, we'll add a little salt to things (yes, we're that neurotic).

    Oh and garlic bread.

Garlic bread is usually followed by orgasms.

    I'm a terrible cook!

I can't even cook chicken (and apparently that's really easy to cook too icon_sad.gif). The best thing I have cooked was microwavable.

Halibut in white wine sauce with French spices and a bit balsamic glaze on top with roasted pinenuts on cous cous with safran and cherry tomatoes. ..it is actually a quick meal. I do not eat meat, except fish so i vary alot. Cleaning up part..major downer icon_smile.gif. I also make a decent cheesecake with egg liquor and a good American apple pie.

thanks to mom and dad i'm a fantastic italian food cook...however, my favorite thing to do is bake. i make a deadly cheesecake and killer cookies (all my own recipes). my coworkers know that once fall arrives, they'll be packing on the pounds from all my baking.

    Desserts.
My last creation, a moist pumpkin cake with cinnamon cream cheese icing, wowed even some tough-to-please-food-snobs-never-compliment Republican friends of mine. Little do they know I imbued the cake with a micro shredded Obama sticker.

    (That's a joke of course.)

God I hate cooking like the rest of my family. I don't do a bad spaghetti sauce, but I stick to vegetables, fish, chicken, etc.. Nothing fancy. My favourite meal at night? Tossed salad (serious). As a I get older I love fresh vegetables and fruit, totally the opposite of when I was a kid.

In the fall and winter, I like to roast root vegetables in the oven. Beets, carrots, and potatoes work well. It's easy.

I love cooking! I make a mean bolognaise sauce, a good cream chicken with asparagus, sweet potato fries....... last night I made a pepper and onion sauté with shrimp over spaghetti. Yum.

    Tonight I'm making a penis-shaped cake for a girlfriend's birthday. THAT'S what's cookin'! icon_wink.gif

Well, it really depends on my mood. I am pretty into food and cooking, so I love to cook up a storm!

My friends love my Roast Leg of Lamb, and my boyfriend loves my Spaghetti Carbonara. Made Salmon with Garlic Cream Sauce for my mum and sister recently, and they loved it.

    Can I include dessert?
OK I'll be honest: Nestle break and bake chocolate chip cookies & homemade peanut butter cookies. I got these kick-ass non-stick air bake baking sheets a few years back and all my co-workers think the cookies baked on them are the shiz-nell.icon_lol.gif

Hate to cook with a passion. So I try to make it as easy as possible. Yesterday, I used my slow cooker and put in vegetable broth, chicken breasts, cut up vegetables, spinach, a can of dice tomatoes, lentils, mung beans and olive oil.

It slow cooked for 5 hours and tastes delicious...kind of like middle eastern food.

    I love my slow cooker.

Have a date for tonight, here my menu:

curried butternut squash soup, pork tenderloin medallions with a mustard peppercorn sauce, twice baked potatoes with bacon and onion and fresh garden roasted asparagus.

Love to cook, first impressions are everything. Made the soup last night, potatoes are next icon_smile.gif Dessert will be decided depending on how the night goes!
