I find that I need to switch up pre-workout supplements. When I start a new one, (ie jac3d) It gives me great energy for workouts, however by the end of the tub, my body is used to whatever is in it, and I might as well be just drinking kool-aid. I have a protien shake after every workout with a scoop of glutimine. I'm also trying out Test Freek, testosterone booster. I find its helped alot boosting strengh and stamina durning my workouts, however because of that, your muscles need alot more oxygen, so you end up breathing very heavy during you workout.
