I've been making electronic music of all sorts for the better part of 20 years and just started to check out video software. Starting to learn Final Cut Pro X - and quickly realizing it's not at all ideal for how I like to work... that is, I prefer using real-time controllers or sound-mapping to change video parameters in a real-time & musical manner. I'm quickly discovering that using anchor points is VERY t e d i o u s ! ! which is why this is a VERY short track - approx 1:30 sec.

This is the first video (really a concept sketch) I did in FCPX for one of my improv tracks. Would love to hear feedback and will probably do more treatments to it in time. I am also looking for people that know how to make videos far better & faster than I to collaborate with. No pay - but credits + fun = motivation & rock-star fame! icon_biggrin.gif

Hope to hear from you in any regard and thanks for watching/listening!

... odd... turn up the volume. This is an atmospheric piece and one should use headphones or decent speakers - it is by no means loud. I used a very SHORT track because I didn't want it to take too long workin' on the video. What follows is the original. Most of my tracks are much longer... btw. ;)
