Last month I started having these incredible urges to eat, even shortly after a meal. I have hypoglycemia and laid it off to that but this seemed even more intense.

Reading one day, I came across an article about high fructose corn syrup and how it blocks the absorption calcium, magnesium and vitamin D and those mineral/vitamin's role in telling your body when it's fed by creating/releasing Leptin.

I bought some Cal/mag with D and within a day I felt less hungry and by that simple change, I've lost 8 lbs. I wanted to eat less, even of a meal. I could push the plate away even with food on it. And I crave less breads/carbs.

No other diet or exercise changes.

    Just FYI.

I've read about Glut, too. Not enough to draw any conclusions, but will read more about it soon.
    Thanks!
