At 5:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, and I waited over an hour. The election officials said that the lines since early voting began on Monday have been even longer than that.

Sent in my ballot today! Not going to say who I voted for, but for some reason I want to celebrate my accomplishment with a latte. I might even drink it with my pinky out.

Oh, go on--treat yourself to an arugula salad while you're having that latte

Waited two hours on Monday to vote. It was a nightmare of disorganization too. But, I did it.

I tried to vote early yesterday, but the line was crazy. I'll get it done by the 4th. It's good to see everyone getting involved--Democracy in action. We've got two compelling candidates.
