    Calling all chefs, nutritionists, culinary lovers and those that just like cooking...

    Here's a challenge for you - using only the ingredients listed below, create a week's worth of meals; breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Oh, you must use up all the ingredients by the end of the week.

    Let's see what you can cook up!

    The ingredients:

    3 five-ounce tuna steaks
    3 five-ounce chicken breasts, boneless
    3 five-ounce rib-eye steaks
    2 center-cut boneless pork chops, 1 to 1 ¼ inches thick
    26-ounce jar/can marinara sauce
    ½ gallon 1 percent milk
    ¼ lbs turkey sausage
    ½ lbs turkey breast
    ½ lbs cheddar cheese
    6-ounce box risotto
    6-ounce box wild rice
    ½ lbs broccoli florets
    1 lbs asparagus
    2 sweet potatoes
    1 head garlic
    2 bunches scallions
    2 fresh tomatoes
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 cucumber
    1 lbs carrots
    1 green pepper
    1 cantaloupe
    1 pint strawberries
    1 pint blueberries
    4 Kiwi fruit
    ½ lbs unsalted raw almonds
    ½ gallon fortified orange juice
    1 loaf seven-grain bread
    1 pint chicken broth
    1 lbs whole-wheat pasta
    1 box Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
    1 dozen large brown eggs
    1 quart low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 lbs quinoa, pasta or whole grain
    1 bottle red wine

    MONDAY
    Breakfast
    Cereal w/ milk, kiwi
    Lunch
    Chicken salad, made with 1 chicken breast, yogurt, scallions, 1/4 lb broccoli, and carrots
    Snack
    Fruit salad made with 1 kiwi, 1/4 canteloupe, strawberries and orange juice
    Dinner
    Garlic steak, made with 1 ribeye steak, and asparagus and 1 sweet potato

    TUESDAY
    Breakfast
    Cereal w/ milk
    Lunch
    Sliced tuna steak salad made with 1 tuna steak, lettuce, raw asparagus, scalions, almonds and a reduced orange juice glaze
    Snack
    Carrots and cheese
    Dinner
    Pasta, made with 1 chicken breast, garlic and marinara sauce, and warm bread

    WEDNESDAY
    Breakfast
    Cereal and milk
    Lunch
    Steak sandwich with garlic sauce
    Snack
    Lettuce and cucumber salad
    Dinner
    1 pork chop, wild rice made with chicken broth, and cooked carrots

    THURSDAY
    Breakfast
    Cereal and milk
    Lunch
    Chicken pasta salad, made with 1 chicken breast, 1 tomato, 1/4 green pepper, broccoli and garlic
    Snack
    Yogurt and strawberries
    Dinner
    Turkey breast, risotto made with chicken broth and garlic, and warm bread

    FRIDAY
    Breakfast
    Cereal and milk, 2-egg sandwhich
    Lunch
    Cucumber soup, made with chicken broth and garlic, warm bread
    Snack
    yogurt and almonds
    Dinner
    4-egg fritata made with 1/4 green pepper, and 1 sweet potato

    And a glass or two of wine for the night...

    SATURDAY
    Breakfast
    Steak and eggs, made with 1 ribeye steak and 3 eggs, 1/4 canteloupe and a glass of OJ
    Lunch
    1 pork chop and quinoa, made with chicken broth
    Snack
    1/4 Canteloupe
    Dinner
    1 tuna steak with wild rice, made with chicken broth, and a glass (or two) or wine

    SUNDAY
    Breakfast
    Turkey sausage, 3 egg omelet with 1/2 green pepper and cheddar cheese, 1 kiwi, and a glass or two of orange juice
    Lunch
    1 tuna steak with pasta and marinara sauce
    Snack
    Fruit salad, made with 1 kiwi and 1/4 canteloupe
    Dinner
    Steak, cheesy garlic bread, salad made with lettuce, tomato and carrots, and a glass or two of wine

    wow, that was awesome.

    Anyone else have ideas?
