Hey guys. Has anyone here done Cognitive Behavioral Theraphy (CBT) before? You can read books related to CBT, see a CBT therapist, or joint CBT groups just to name a few. I have just started reading a CBT book and it is helping me cope with a lot of issues and things in life. How has CBT helped you guys? What books would you recommend? Thanks!icon_biggrin.gif

Depending on the problem, CBT can be much better than drugs. The "reprogramming" CBT achieves is much longer lasting and much less fragile than improvements one might get from drugs, and CBT does not have the side effects like sexual problems and weight gain that many drugs have.
