Today I spent a few hours working out, the most I've spent in one ever, and it really felt good to be active. I just went from machine to weights, machine to weights, etc., for as long as I could, pushing through my sets even when I felt I was too tired to keep going. My body's aching right now, but I feel great.

I'm hoping to make this a somewhat regular thing, though to workout just for the day without a membership (YMCA), I have to go in with a member. I just don't know if I'll go often enough to make purchasing a membership worthwhile, but I'll definitely consider it, and will look into other gyms as well. I really would like to keep this workout momentum going.
