    list down anything that you hope to do in the near future concerning your workouts whether it's improving in something, gaining or losing weight, and etc. feel free to drop advice to whoever in this thread if you feel that you can help.


    my workout goal is to expand in the exercises that i do. i'm also trying to get into calisthenics. i want to be able to do the things that hannibal does in the park. icon_cool.gif i want to do different types of calisthenics too just in case i find myself in a situation where i can't go to the gym.

    i also want to be able to do muscle ups, different types of pushups, different type of squats (box squats, front squats) and i want do clean jerks just like how they do in the olympics. that shit looks cool as hell to do. tough but cool as hell. i also hope to be able to go to a gym where i can be able to practice such in the near future.

    i also want to improve on my form as well and be able to get my cardio back on track.

    Military press bodyweight
    Bench press bodyweight
    Squat 1.5x bodyweight
    Deadlift 1.5x bodyweight

    Move from tabata to HIIT calisthenics with my work out being 40% tabata and 60% HIIT. Increase from 30-40 minutes to 60+minute workout. Get a better core balance between abs, lats and back to increase the accuracy and power in my shooting. I'd like to accomplish all of this by August.
