One of my close friends just had her second baby a week or two ago. I'm gonna take lunch to her and her mother tomorrow and I wanted some suggestions. I don't want to cook in her house cause I know that can be stressful for a host to accommodate someone else in your kitchen. She only lives a couple blocks away so I'm just going to walk lunch over.

I've got lots of ideas in my head but I'm curious about what everyone else might do. I also want to leave a casserole or something that they can just heat up for dinner tomorrow night too...

I doubt she will have time for lunch. And she might not want to ....

take her a nice lunch, and also something she can use another time for dinner.... She has her hands full..
