    Story Highlights
Sources say there is brewing tension between McCain aides and Palin

Palin aide says she is trying to take control of her message

"She is a diva. She takes no advice from anyone," says a McCain adviser. "She does not have any relationships of trust with any of us, her family or anyone else.

"Also, she is playing for her own future and sees herself as the next leader of the party. Remember: Divas trust only unto themselves, as they see themselves as the beginning and end of all wisdom."

You could tell they can not stand each other

He did his usual ... do not look at the person you despise
and did anyone else get the tongue poke-in-the-cheek look she gave him when he was speaking at one point?

The GOP Bigwigs have sprinkled hypocrite fairydust in her hair

I read the post earlier this evening on CNN. I do believe that the Repulicans are beginning to see the light that shines on this diva. Even though she may think that there is a place for her in 2008, it ain't necessarily so in today's reality. The Republicans are beginning to release ads that admit their concession to a loss. Let's hope that this is the precursor to a reality where that the witch jumps on her broom and rides back to to the never-ending sunset way above the 49th parallel. We shall see. In the mean time, let us all pray for the safety of Barack Obama and his family. There are way too many fu.... crazies in our midsts.

Obama is gonna win with a landslide and the Republican Party is going to collapse in a spasm and start eating its own young.

Obama is going to run a cool and collected administration, and in eight years, we will be out of this economic mess, out of fighting Iraq, and the trust of the world in America will be restored.

    You heard it here first.

She's probably preening herself for her future as either a sassy talk show host on Fox News or as a candidate for the 2012 GOP nomination. I still won't call the McCain/Palin ticket dead - you just never know - but it doesn't look like a desk at One Observatory Circle is in her future.

NO CASLON! AUG 29th, when Palin was chosen, I said that Obama would win with at least 60% of the vote. I said it first here: http://www.realjock.com/gayforums/272938/ (posted at 8:22 PM AUG 29th)

I'm not at all surprised that the GOP is imploding. But I also don't trust anything they do- even when it looks like they are fucking up. This whole Palin diva act could be a calculated way to try one last time for women voters. Here's this folksy gal from Alaska giving the finger to all the men in her party. I don't think it's going to work, but I wouldn't put it past Karl Rove to at least try.

The other day, I think it was on Keith Olberman, it was noted that some big corporations are already receiving resumes from prominent McCain advisors. Even a Republican attack ad on NC Senatorial candidate Kay Hagan indicates the writing is on the walls:

Did you hear that? "All branches of government."

Don't you just love how Republicans imply in that ad that they're entitiled to office? They claim that the checks and balance system is to suit the major parties, but the reality is that the checks and balance system is part of the structure of the government as it relates to the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches.

If this is coming from CNN, and I don't believe they named any sources, then I would divide this "Palin Rogue" story by 10 for any real factual content.

yeah, and if it's coming from FOX, Limbaugh, Drudge, or News Max then it should just be considered 100 percent BS.

Come on guys I think we're being a little too harash on her. Plus, think of the good: she may bring back "The Flintstones" to main stream tv... ya know to help educate our children at an early age again of what life was truly like when the world was made ~6,000 yrs ago. Maybe she'll even shut down that damn liberal heliocentric-believeing anthropogenic climate change-supporting science association, NASA. Also, think science has proven gays are "born that way"? Wrong!

I welcome you to e-mail me if you are interested in "seeing the light" again. You can change. You can change. You can change! You don't have to be gay. I'm almost there and won't be on RJ much longer. Ask for my help now!

Science only complicates my simple world views and chanlleges me to... *glup*... think. Palin will make everything simple again... the way God intended it to be.

I need to go read my Bible now.

The true irony is that our conservative RJ brethren were laughing their asses off and repeatedly predicting the complete and total collapse of the Dems during the primary because things were a titch heated between Barack and Hillary.icon_biggrin.gif

Hold on, did anyone else see this paragraph in the article....??? haha. I think it says it all.

"Her lack of fundamental understanding of some key issues was dramatic," said another McCain source with direct knowledge of the process to prepare Palin after she was picked. The source said it was probably the "hardest" to get her "up to speed than any candidate in history."

(Even the McCain Aids know shes an idot!! lol)

This can't be good for McCain. She's making this all about her. It's about the good of the campaign is it not.

She better be careful because they can still dump her and get Romney or Hucklebee.

She does not play well with others.

Did someone tell her that she's running for VP and not President? Moreover she does not really have a message other than McCain's?

This is crazy! What has happened to the Republican Party?icon_confused.gif

    I'm totally "GOD SPLAPPED"!!!!!
