Unilateral definition and difference in strength

    Hey guys, I've been trying to figure out this lifting thing for a while on my own. I've noticed My right side is significantly stronger, sits/moves differently than my left, has more definition, and always feels the workout while my left feels like nothing was worked. I'm not sure what to do? I even had a doctor say i may have strained my left pec/shoulder but I'm at a loss and getting increasingly frustrated.

    Any help? Advice? resources? Anything?

    Which part of your body is lagging? Are you talking about your pecs, arms, what? Be specific, or show a picture.
