CONCENTRATE on building MUSCLE - it will burn fat 24/7.
YOU MUST BUILD THE AB MUSCLES - that is NOT done with a treadmill (a hideously boring invention that is rarely used properly).
Find a core routine and STICK TO IT.
Core routine MUST be weighted - side-planks, jack knives etc. Check out Menshealth.com and search "core exercises."
Increase weight as much as you can - 5 movements with 20 lbs is FAR moar effective than 10 movements with 10 lbs.
You will NOT get ripped abs and 8% body fat by going to the gym 3 times a week...TRUTH.
It has to be part of a lifestyle.
