If you're going to do a HIT program, you have to be committed! Nothings wrong with just jogging in the treadmill for about 30-1 hour!

You can't target fat in a certain spot, I would recommend finding a weight lifting regimen and using a website like MyFitnessPal to record your calories and find how much you need to be losing.

If you stick with just cardio, you won't look as good when you're slim, trust me

You can't target fat in a certain spot, you have to lose it everywhere. Stop eating chocolate, there are 220 calories in a Dairy Milk bar (standard chocolate bar) which is over half of that workout, just to give one example.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to spot reduce.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to spot reduce.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to spot reduce.

ELIMINATE anything white - sugar, rice, pasta, bread etc...

And sorry -- no alcohol. Once You get to where You want You can cheat here and there icon_wink.gif

CONCENTRATE on building MUSCLE - it will burn fat 24/7.

YOU MUST BUILD THE AB MUSCLES - that is NOT done with a treadmill (a hideously boring invention that is rarely used properly).

Find a core routine and STICK TO IT.

Core routine MUST be weighted - side-planks, jack knives etc. Check out Menshealth.com and search "core exercises."

Increase weight as much as you can - 5 movements with 20 lbs is FAR moar effective than 10 movements with 10 lbs.

You will NOT get ripped abs and 8% body fat by going to the gym 3 times a week...TRUTH.

It has to be part of a lifestyle.

    Good Luck!!!!

    #1 fix your diet
#2 get as much sleep as your body needs
    #3 exercise

Those are your priorities. If you're not losing the weight, it's because of your diet.

You can't spot reduce for fat BUT you can focus on muscle in spot areas.

Also, a key in weightloss is realizing your body works to maintain
A level of balance. As you lose weight, increase physical activity, build muscle, ect you must consistently adjust your calorie & water intake bc the requirements of your body changes.
