bad eating habbits (meat-a-terian)

    just wondering.....
    i only eat meat everyday. and when i do eat veggies its only in sandwiches. and i really wanna loose this weight i got, but i dont eat fruits or veggies. anyonecan help me out? From Toronto, so hopefully someone can train and help me lol

    First of all...your fucking hot.

    Second, go to the grocery store as soon as you can and buy some apples, pears, strawberries, celery, baby tomatoes, carrots, etc as soon as you can. Get zip lock bags and start making little veggie/fruit salad bags.

    Its a start.

    Not sure what kind of training needs to be done. It's a choice, not a control issue. You can pick up a steak or you can pick up fruit and vegetables. If you think that kind of stuff's boring, you can make it more interesting. Berries, granola, and yogurt makes a good healthy snack. Sliced apples with cinnamon sprinkled on is good. There are a variety of different spices, sauces and seasonings out there which can make plain old vegetables more interesting. Just be mindful of exactly what's going into your body.
