Hamstring Stretches

    What are some good stretches to do to achieve an over-split or to at least dramatically stretch my hamstring?

    Lie down on the ground. Extend one leg up into the sky. Take a shirt or a belt and wrap it around the foot. Walk your hands up each end of the belt until the arms are straight (but keep your shoulders on the ground. Flex all ten toes and put the foot up into the belt. Hold for 60 seconds on each side. Do every day. Enjoy.

    how get your split? and oversplits? If you work slowly with stretching, that very efficient
