I hurt my wrist a few weeks ago, and after resting it for a week, I tried lifting weights again and it's hurting more than before. So obviously I'll need to make some adjustments to my fitness regimen, which was focused on building strength and mass. Since I can't lift weights right now, I'm going to switch my focus to burning off excess fat for a while. Any suggestions on how to make that change without sacrificing the muscle mass I've worked so hard to gain? Even general tips would be appreciated.
