Some guys are just horny a lot of the time. This guy maybe a 2 on the Kinsey scale. He mainly likes to stick his thing into a woman, but given the right circumstances a gay guy could do the trick. He would most likely be a top though!

He could be just a friendly guy. I have a friend the is very friendly. He licks everyones face. Kisses them on the sides of cheeks. I have even kissed him on the mouth. No big deal.

Gay and straight is too black and white. Sexuality is a continuum. As SurrealLife said, he might just get off on touching a dude every now and then. Who do you think she-male prostitutes are for? (hint, it isn't the gay boys....)

str8 guys are always gay around other str8 guys because there is no threat to their masculinity... just looka t sports, slapping asses all the time, as long as the other person is str8, but when it becomes str8 to gay, str8 guys then get intimidated (at least when not behind closed doors lol). it is normal behavior lol.

Thats not always the case, many guys who are secure in there sexuality, won't change regardless of you being gay or straight.. your just another guy.

Straight guys (IMHO), that spend lots of time in gay bars, are never entirely straight.
Whether they choose to deal with it or not, there is something concious (or sub) that they seem to not to be able to quite come to terms with...
I'll hold my tongue to be diplomatic but yeah, I guess you could say they're all a shade of gray!

Most straight guys hang out in gay bars for the drugs, IMHO. Well...the return visitors at least.

Straight? Straight to the Gay Bar? But I digress. icon_lol.gif

On a scale of 1-to-10, If 1 is Gay, and 10 is Straight, I believe most guys fall in the 5-to-8 range

At a gay club? We had a gay club where a lot of the straight college crowd came, because the music and dancing were better than in straight places. And the college students were less likely to have hang-ups about being with gays.

And some str8 couples told me they also liked it because the girls wouldn't get hit on by str8 guys there, which pleased both the girl and her male companion. The str8 guys were surprising cool about the possibility of getting hit on themselves, because either the girl being with him would prevent it, or if it happened, he could take it as flattery, and the couple would both laugh about it.

And who knows what goes through the mind of a str8 guy in a gay place, when he's had a few drinks? Grab some gay ass? Sure, why not, how drunken funny is that? He's with a girl, means he's not gay, it's just silliness. Think of the other kinds of craziness young guys do when they're partying.

So I wouldn't concern yourself about it too much.

My boyfriend had something like that happen a few weeks ago. Only it was my brother-in-law that grabbed his ass at my brother's wedding. Yes he had a few drinks but it shocked the hell out of my boyfriend, and my sister for that matter. Especially since the brother-in-law is a homophobe that doesn't really get along with me. He's also the one that won't let me stay in his house if my boyfriend is with me (the one he grabbed the ass of). I personally think he has some personal issues he needs to work through.

I have a str8 friend who goes out to both gay and str8 clubs with a group of us, and he's always slapping my ass, hugging me, and kissing me on the cheek. Sometimes it's because he's drunk, other times it's because he's on E, and when he's sober it's because he is Brazilian. I can say that I've never noticed him getting a hard on from touching another guy though.

I've had several straight guy friends who initiated long hugs, tousled my hair, squeezed my arms, felt my pecs, etc. . . one who hugged me every time he saw me, another who even kissed me. Again, they initiated it, not me. So
I'm not so sure guys who claim to be straight are really all that straight. . .

It could be the fact that men come from women that they feel a need to seperate, identify with their father, and mimic masculine traits. Because of this conditioning, possibily natural urges or a broader deffinition of what's considered platonic, get surpressed and tinged with stigma. Contact sports such as wrestling, and team sports like football and basketball, put men around eachother, touching, locker rooms, etc, where the urges can be indulged. The aforementioned sports have developed a homophobia as a way of shielding their masculinity, if it's agreed that it's not gay then it isnt icon_rolleyes.gif

why aren't straight guys allowed to be affection too? why is it only gay guys?

Why is being affectionate considered gay? aren't men allowed to touch anymore without they being labeled by pea brained fucks?

They do what they want because its what they want to do, if it makes them happy and there not doing naything wrong by you, let them have there fun.

I have my theory about it, having been around some of these straight guys who show this kind of behavior.

I don't think they're really closet homos. I do think they feel a certain liberty around gay guys that they don't have around all their straight friends. Showing some affection for another guy, or even joking around by grabbing some ass, doesn't make them gay. But it's something they can do with their gay friends that their straight friends would give them shit for.
