    Hey guys,

Have any of you bulked for a long time and decided to cut? Today after doing chesticles, I decided I should try cutting. Any tips or pointers?

    Thanks a lot!

I'm not a fan of the bulk/cut thing. But you should generally not be bulking for a long time. You're conditioning your body to hoard and retain fat that way. And over time, you'll have a harder time leaning out.

Best thing to do now is increase the protein and fiber intake, and save the carb heavy meals for before/after your workouts. Also, increase the intensity of your workouts.

He just used the term "chesticles". The rustier the blades, the better.

I don't usually use rusty blades-- I like them long and sharp ;)
