So my boyfriend of 5 years broke things off with me a few weeks ago... Due to this I have suffered a total shock to my system. And have no had an appetite at all. I weighed 72 kilos, so I was a bit chubby. But not fat. I'm now down to 66 kgs within just over 3 weeks to a month. I'm starting to feel better and have an appetite back. But at the moment I'm only taking in around 1500 calories a day. The thing is my goal weight is less than 10 kilos away now. And I really want a healthy body type back. So basically what I want to know is when I'm at my goal weight... Can I start building muscle? I have no clue what I'm doing, I know there's things about reps and sets but after that I'm lost. I know I've asked this question before. But I want a good body. I don't want to be a body builder or anything, I just want to be lean and nice and toned. A start anywhere will help! Once I reach my goal weight I don't wanna feel like im done and sink back into coke n cookies. I'm cooking for myself, chicken breast, corn, and mushrooms and all that and feel so good!

I can help you...The way I work out sounds like the way you want to work out and eat...don't forget that eating. Here's how I see it...people should simply eat healthy and exercise routinely- both cardio and strength/flexibility routines. Tons of fruits and veggies, lean proteins (beans, eggs, occasional poultry, fish, nuts, etc...), whole grains only, no white flour products and low salt and sugar intake. Cook your own food as much as possible and snack healthy between meals. I eat lots of carrots and hummus, cut up yellow and red peppers, corn chips and salsa. Oh and probably most importantly, drink soooo much more water than you think you should. I'm telling you...if most people started drinking the amount of water they should be drinking...they'd think, "Is this really good for me? It feels crazy to drink this much?!" NOBODY drinks enough water. And most of us drink diuretics all day! Those who do need EVEN more water!. I do. Laugh...Anyway...live this way, eat this way and work out regularly. I say you needn't count calories or ever weigh yourself. Your body will find the place where it should be if you do that stuff. And if you want certain body parts to be highlighted, then target those areas with your workouts. That's how I look at it anyway...some may disagree...
Tell me what body parts are important to you and I'll suggest some movements as long as you're physically healthy...no back issues or injuries. Hope you'll chat with me...I love this stuff.

Once again, we have a member who's feeling down about himself.....this time due to a breakup, and you post a cryptic video called "Creep". Yet we're supposed to think good thoughts of you.

The lyrics go "I want a perfect body". That was the connection.

"I don't care if it hurts
    I want to have control
    I want a perfect body
    I want a perfect soul"

    I want you to notice,
    When I'm not around...

    LOVE Radiohead.

Okay in your last thread I dished out some awesome advice, and so did others. I see you keep making these threads over with no intention of actually listening to what other people say. Apologies for sounding like a dick but you could at least give our advice a shot before you keep asking.
