So my boyfriend of 5 years broke things off with me a few weeks ago... Due to this I have suffered a total shock to my system. And have no had an appetite at all. I weighed 72 kilos, so I was a bit chubby. But not fat. I'm now down to 66 kgs within just over 3 weeks to a month. I'm starting to feel better and have an appetite back. But at the moment I'm only taking in around 1500 calories a day. The thing is my goal weight is less than 10 kilos away now. And I really want a healthy body type back. So basically what I want to know is when I'm at my goal weight... Can I start building muscle? I have no clue what I'm doing, I know there's things about reps and sets but after that I'm lost. I know I've asked this question before. But I want a good body. I don't want to be a body builder or anything, I just want to be lean and nice and toned. A start anywhere will help! Once I reach my goal weight I don't wanna feel like im done and sink back into coke n cookies. I'm cooking for myself, chicken breast, corn, and mushrooms and all that and feel so good!
