Seems the parties have swapped when it concerns morals and supporting candidates who committed disgraceful acts.

But remember the good ol GOP is all about strong families and protecting the home.

Versus how Republicans treated the candidacy of mega-disgraced former Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina, running for Congress.

Sanford abused his State office, lied to the Legislature, to his own staff, the voters (and dare I mention to his wife). He misused State funds. He abandoned his duties as Governor and lied about his whereabouts, actually secretly going out of the country. He then refused to resign. But the Republican legislature declined to remove him from office. Later he was found violating court orders against him regarding his ex-wife. But Republicans welcomed him back to the Party and elected him to represent them in Congress.

Whereas Weiner flashed his weiner online. He immediately resigned. But the Democrats apparently think he's unfit to hold office again. Tell me which political party today has the higher standard, and demonstrates the better expression of real family values.
