The coxswain seems to have been a bit incompetent, or else the rowers were very undisciplined.

You know I was a coxswain in high school. I never did that, but it was my worst fear. I just joined a crew team in DC to cox again. I hope watching that wasn't some sort of omen.

ThelStrat, I don't remember the Anacostia River having any dangerous pylons. But you do have to watch out for those rocky sandbars. They'll take your skeg right off.

yes coxswain sounds a bit suggestive lol. my ex always had hysterics over rowing terminology eg cox, cox box, shaft, stroke....etc
